Supervision

As practitioners in counselling we draw on the support of the supervisory relationship to explore the personal encounter and dialogue we have with our clients in the therapeutic relationship. Supervision provides a space to explore the inter-relational dynamics at work to enhance your understanding of your work with the client.
 

An essential aspect of supervision is the nourishment of our ongoing professional learning and development  which helps to sustain and energise our practice.  

 

As experienced counsellors, we offer supervision to other counsellors  to support their work.  We use a psychodynamic model to inform our supervision practice.
