Counselling

In relationship with a counsellor you will find the opportunity to  gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationship with others. This process of reflection can lead to an exploration of how  past experiences influence our present life and relationships. It is through counselling that it becomes possible to discover parts of ourselves that might otherwise be obscured.

Couple Counselling

It is not uncommon for couples to encounter difficulties during their relationship.  Couple counselling provides a thoughtful space in which to reflect on some of the relational challenges you may be experiencing and to consider the specific demands on the relationship and how these may be managed.

Psychodynamic

Psychodynamic theory regards early life experiences as formative of the way we understand and relate to ourselves, other people and social situations. Psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy involves some exploration of early life experiences and uses this to understand how the past relates to the present as a way of generating insight and self-awareness.
