First Consultation

Once you have made contact with the service a call will be arranged to discuss how counselling may be helpful for you at this time in your life.

 

Your first consultation is based on assessment around what is happening in your life and your understanding of these issues and to consider how we can work together in a therapeutic relationship.

 

Cost of Counselling

Individual Counselling      £60     50 min session

Couple Counselling           £70     50 min session

Cancellations

Please note that we require 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. The full fee is payable if an appointment is missed.
